Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research & Development, National Homeland Security Research Center (NHSRC), located in RTP, North Carolina has a requirement for One (1) Particle Size Analysis System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to RFQ-OH-09-00017 when responding to this request. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-27. This acquisition is not set-a-side for small business. The NAICS Code is 334516. All equipment and services shall be provided to the U.S. EPA, 109 Alexander Dr., RTP, NC 27709 after receipt of award. F.O.B. point shall be destination. Price quotes shall include any setup and installation charges. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are included in Attachment B Evaluation Criteria. The Particle Size Analysis System specifications are included in Attachment A Statement of Specifications. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
