Description

This Special Notice is corrected to read as follows: The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source cost reimbursement purchase order to D & R International, 1300 Spring Street, Suite 500, Silver Spring, MD 20910. This effort is for performance of work that supports the transition of the PATH website for (HUD). The effort has a period of performance of four months. This is Request Number R9RB0002. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETETIVE QUOTATIONS. The intent of this notice is for information purposes only. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(Only one Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements), HUD intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, however, the Government will consider all QUOTATIONS received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No competetive solicitation will be issued.
