- The Mission Installation Contracting Command-East (MICC-E) intends to solicit and award Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 10260 Campus Point Drive, San Diego, CA the acquisition of a preventative maintenance agreement for two Mobile VACIS X-Ray Trucks ( Serial Numbers VM00109 & VM00110). THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE PROCESSED ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS IAW FAR 6.302-1 AND 10 USC 2304 C (1); This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 effective 12 June 2008. FedBizOps Numbered Notes per FAR Part 5.207-13(e) apply: 12 and 13 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, and materials, necessary to provide maintenance on two Mobile VACIS X-Ray Trucks. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 December 2008 through 30 November 2009 DELIVERY ADDRESS: Service is being procured on behalf the DOD POLICE, Fort Dix, NJ 08640.
