- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for Lodging within a 10 mile radius of Belle Chasse Naval Air Station, LA 70143 to support Reserve soldiers in drilling status. The requirement is for 40 double occupancy rooms at the Government per diem rate. The accomodations shall be for 2 nights per month (weekends) for 10 months beginning 1 December 2008 through 30 September 2009. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted however preference shall be given to small business that can meet the requirement.
