Description

Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) as a Prime Contractor to U.S. Department of Energy, Office of River Protection (ORP) is seeking businesses to provide us with a DOT compliant DOT Specification 7A Type A waste container for solid materials. The box must be a minimum of 4 ft. x 4 ft. x 40 ft. The box maybe new or used but must be DOT compliant as is. The waste box must comply with 49 CFR 178.350, "Specification 7A; general packaging, Type A," and 49 CFR 173.410, "General design requirements," 173.412, "Additional design requirements for Type A packages," 173.415, "Authorized Type A packages," and 173.465 "Type A packaging tests." If interested please provide the following to the Procurement Specialist: If already constructed: Specifications the box was built to, including the drawings for review. Any inspection records Any Pictures if available A Brief Description of the Quality Program, Welding Program and NDE Program Estimated Cost If to be constructed: Specification with which the fabrication will be done Brief Description of Quality Program, Welding and NDE Programs Lead Time Rough Order of Magnitude
