- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, NE and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3HSE18163A001 is being re-issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27. This requirement is for full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 532112; size standard: $25,500,000. The government intends to issue a purchase order for (CLIN 0001) Lease one 2009 Chevrolet Suburban LT2, 4 door, 4 X 4, 4WD, fully loaded, to include Safe and Sound Plan, and Flex Fuel with Active Fuel Management capable of running on unleaded or up to 85% ethanol fuel. Second row bucket sets. Non-standard options: Full size spare tire with matching wheels. Color/fabrics: Exterior color - Black. Interior color - Light Titanium leather. Cost must include GM Smart Care program, taxes, license and insurance. (CLIN 1001) Second Year Option period to be included. Estimated mileage: Not-to-Exceed 10,000 miles per year. Delivery location: Beardmore Chevrolet, 418 Fort Crook Road North, Bellevue NE 68005-0459, (402) 734-2525 extenstion 199, POC: Angela Suthard. Period of Performance: Base year: 1 Jan 2009 - 31 Dec 2009; Option Period 1: 1 Jan 2010 - 31 Dec 2010. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on price and ability to meet requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification--Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (which includes: 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246); 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers (29 U.S.C. 793); 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-41.
