Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911XK-07-T-0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16, dated 22 Mar 2007. The specification for the brand name or equal to air compressor are posted within under solicitation number W911XK-09-T-0012. The NAICS is 333912, business size is 500 employees, and the acquisition is being solicited 100% Small Business Set Aside. Item Description Line Item 0001 Air Compressor, Diesel, Portable. Qty 1 Each, Unit Price $_____ Air Compressor shall be delivered to Soo Area Office, 312 Portage Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783-2445. The Government intends to make one single award to the most responsive and responsible lowest price quote. The provision FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items is applicable. Contractor is required to complete all work within 45 days of contract award. Type of contract will be firm fixed price. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items is applicable. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items is applicable.
