Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is looking for sources to provide multiple individual coupling of Luminex microspheres at 10,000,000 beads/mL conjugated with Salmonella-specific probes designed and produced by CDC. 5 mls each of 35 different probe-conjugated beat sets COA are required. Probes will be provided by CDC and the bead region assigned by CDC. The volume of labeled beads must be able to be flexible based on the order. The provider will quality control the labeled beads by assessing reactivity to reverse complimentary biotin-labeled oligonucleotides provided by CDC. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. If able to bid on this specification, please issue price quotation as a separate document from technical statement and please include any shipping/transport charges on the quotation.
