Description
The FAA intends to award a single source contract to the Bentley Systems, Inc as a continuation of services via the Army Corps of Engineer's Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA), number W912 HZ-08-A-0032 for Select Services and Training and limited on site support for the suite of Bentley products or replacements, as listed, to the listed sites below. The amount of the contract award will be approximately $2,000,000 including a base plus four option years. The contract will allow exchange of products via the Bentley's Alternate License Exchange program. In order to ensure a comprehensive one-to-one relationship between the Bentley suite of software updates the FAA is to acquire and the requisite training to establish proficiency with the Bentley software suite, the requirement is for one source to provide both the Select for all products and the corresponding training for all products listed in the URL cited below. The training must be provided by Bentley-certified instructors in the locations shown below by various training methods which include formal classroom on site, formal classroom within the commuting distance of the sites below, web-based methods and self-paced web accessible training. All initial training must be provided by the formal classroom method however. The Select Agreement shall be provided IAW the terms of the GSA Schedule, GS35F0453L. The Select Subscription offers software updates, hotline support and online technical support as described at URL http://www.bentley.com/en-US/Services/Bentley+SELECT/. All of the software listed is proprietary to the Bentley Systems, Inc and the Bentley Systems, Inc is the only known provider of the Select Agreement. The proposed sites are: Anchorage, AlaskaAtlantic City, NJRenton, WAWashington, DCLawndale, CAFort Worth, TXKansas City, MODes Plaines, ILCollege Park, GAJamaica, NYBurlington, MANashua, NH A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. If your firm believes it can fulfill the requirement, please provide evidence of your firm's capability and experience in providing the services outlined above and the FAA will evaluate that information accordingly.
