- Conference facility to accommodate a three day conference. This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking interested sources capable of satisfying the Department of the Navy, Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) requirement for conference facilities to accommodate a three day conference in March/April 2009. This RFI provides an opportunity for respondents to submit their capability and availability to fulfill the Navy requirement. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment to issue an RFP. The Government does not intend to pay for any information/items, or otherwise reimburse responders for any costs associated with their respective submissions in response to this RFI. Any proprietary information MUST be marked as such, on a page-by-page basis. Questions regarding this RFI may be submitted to debra.kessler@navy.mil no later than December 3, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time for Government review.. Please provide a response in either MSWord or PDF format with font size 12 as to how your company can satisfy the Government's requirements.
