- THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ARCO (ARDM-5) Auxiliary Repair Drydock, Medium. Prepare for and accomplish ARDM5 Alteration and Improvement (A&I) No. 12/07, Install Diesel Particulent Filters (DPF) on Cummins Diesel Generator Engine and Reconfigure Exhaust Piping; complete. Contact the Procuring Contract Specialist for a copy of the Request for Quote and work specifications or check the NECO Web site and search using the RFQ Number: N5523609Q8008. San Diego, CA area sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) (see DFARS 217.71) prior to award, may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the craft's availability dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items. These documents! may be examined or obtained at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC; 3755 Brinser Street, Suite 1, Box 368106, San Diego, CA 92136).
