- THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS AMENDEMENT IS TO CORRECT THE FOLLOWING: 1. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM 2008-N-10731 to 2008-N-10997. THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ONLINE AT WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER 2008-N-10997. 2. THE ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM JANUARY 2009 TO JUNE 2009 WITH AN EXPECTED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE OF DECEMBER 2009. 3. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
