- Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contractaction is for procurement of a 1-month extension of existing contract FA8601-04-D-0005 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed source is Wyle Laboratories of Dayton, OH. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within the response time will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
