Description

FA2517-09-R-6000-0001, Amendment 1, is being posted for this solicitation. Buy American Act clauses are being removed from the solicitation in accordance with the definition of "Information Technology" under FAR 2.101, Definitions. FAR 25.103(e) exempts commercial information technology products from the Buy American Act. Offers shall submit a signed copy of the amendment to A1C Olivia Gorman, olivia.gorman@peterson.af.mil to acknowledge receipt of the amendment. Quotes shall be submitted NLT 1200 Mountain Standard Time on Monday, 24 November 2008.
