- The Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) located at Fort Huachuca, AZ, has a requirement for 42 workstations. This requirement is to complete the office workstations located in Building 57428B. Phase 1 was awarded in September 2008 for 42 workstations; however, due to funding restraints, this portion of the workstations could not be procured. This requirement requires furnishing and installing the final forty-two (42) workstations in Building 57428B. The furniture must match the existing units already purchased. Delivery must be made during the first week of January 2009. Description of existing units: •1. Manufacture: Hayworth •2. Style: UniGroup Too •3. Fabric Color: Taccata / FL-AN Stone Mountain •4. Panel Trim: TR-K Charcoal •5. Work Surface Finish: H-AD Cherry •6. Work Surface Trim: TR-K Charcoal •7. Partition Height: 64-inches •8. Overall Cube Size: 8-ft x 8-ft •9. White Board: Dry Erase-Panel Mounted-Non Magnetic (54-inches x 12-inches) •10. Communications/Power Connection: Integrated into partition wall with baseboard outlets. •11. Seating: Chairs are NOT included in this purchase. NOTE 22: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within four days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
