- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to procure 20 episodes of a serial drama so that a future project could evaluate the efficacy of the serial drama when aired by Transit TV, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 512110, and the Size Standard is $29,500,000.00 for this requirement. The period of performance will be for 12 months from date of award. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE SOLICITATION; A SEPERATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. Additionally, all amendments and responses to questions will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. All questions must be submitted in writing to Sharon Cunningham at cux0@cdc.gov no later than December 01,2008, at 2:00 P.M., EST. No telephone calls will be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any amendments made to this notice.The following provision(s) apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Oct 2008) applies to this acquisition; 52.232-1 Payments; 52.243-1 Changes - Fixed Price (Aug 1987); 52.243-1 Alternate II Changes-Fixed Price (Apr 1984); 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; and CDC0.H051 Electronic and Information Technology (May 2006) applies to this acquisition. Contractor must be CCR Registered prior to submitting a bid. The following FAR Clauses are hereby added to this clause: 52.247-35 F.O.B. Destination. OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETED COPY OF THE PROVISION AT 52.212-3, OFFERORS REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH YOUR QUOTE.
