- Description
- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM) Contracts Department (S1922) is seeking sources for the eventual supply of various components for the MRAP Buffalo (all variants). Any potential source may contact the persons indicated above to make inquiries. Ancillary Components and/or services: Vendors will be sought to provide repair parts, hardware, components, and assemblies to include but not limited to: body, suspension, brake, steering, drive train, and cab parts for MACK Truck Chassis and have the capability to kit the parts. Mack Engine ASET AI-400 Diesel - Provide new engines, remanufacture engines. Transmissions, Allison 4500 SP series and 4560 SP series. Provide new and/or remanufacture. Front Axle Components - Axletech 30,000 lb drive steer axle. Rear Axle Components - Mack tandem 50,000 lb. Vehicle Wiring Harness - engineering firm to assist in possibly developing and integrating an enhanced wiring harness for the Buffalo. Destination: Albany, GA 31704
