- NSN 3120-01-533-1830, Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning, in accordance with Dover Engineered Systems, Inc., CAGE 97613, P/N KMDB14-13. Specifications, plans, or drawing relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum is 69 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 277 EA, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 553 EA. FOB is destination and inspection/acceptance is destination. Requested delivery is 165 DARO. Surge requirements apply and a surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.500. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about December 12, 2008 and close on or about January 16, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the soliciation.
