- Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting cost proposals for a vendor to perform the following scope of work: WA reserves the right not to award a subcontract after receipt of proposals. STATEMENT OF WORK Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform the below scope. PURPOSE OF PROCUREMENT The HVAC units in the maintenance shops have control circuit problems and require service. SCOPE OF WORK Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting the services of a qualified HVAC contractor to perform the following work: 1) Perform service on 03-EMS-AIRH-900-SC in the Electrical Maintenance Facility (EMF). Verify control circuits are operating as designed. Ensure there are no Freon leaks. Make all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. MODEL #50EWQ028B-610DA, SERIAL #0402F33075, 460v, 3 PHASE 2) Perform service on 03-MMS-AIRH-900-SC in the Mechanical Maintenance Facility (MMF). Verify control circuits are operating as designed. Ensure there are no Freon leaks. Make all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. MODEL #50EWQ028C-610DA, SERIAL #0402F33081, 460V, 3 PHASE Contractor(s) will participate in the Pre-Job Briefings to insure that good communications is established with WANCDF Engineering, Operations and Maintenance departments before any work begins. Extreme caution shall be taken to insure that unplanned outages will not occur.
