- Amend A0003 Section E.3.1 is amended to read: reserved. The United States Government is no longer requiring the ISO certification Section E.3.2 Quality Program is amended to read: The contractor shall have a formal quality program or continuous improvements (CI) program in place during the entire period of performance. Offerors are to provide a copy of their Quality Assurance manaual and upon approval is shall become part of the contract. This solicition is closed and the government is not asking for revisions in proposal pricing nor will such revisions be accepted. All offerors shall submit thier quality assurance manuals no later than close of business on 05 December 2008.
