- Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting cost proposals for a vendor to perform the following scope of work: WA reserves the right not to award a subcontract after receipt of proposals. STATEMENT OF WORK Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform the below scope. w/o 330816 PURPOSE OF PROCUREMENT Removable insulation covers are necessary as these pumps tend to be high maintenance items. SCOPE OF WORK Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting the services of a qualified insulation contractor to fabricate and install removable insulation covers on the following plant equipment: 1. Remove insulation from piping on PRW-PUMP-101 from isolation valve 29-3/4"-V-425 to discharge flange of 29-FISL-37. Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets to replace PRW-PUMP-101 insulation, reference ASTM C1094-01. Insulation blankets should provide Velcro type attachment for removal and replacement during PRW-PUMPS QPM. 2. Remove insulation from piping on PRW-PUMP-102 from isolation valve 29-3/4"-V-426 to discharge flange of 29-FISL-38. Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets to replace PRW-PUMP-102 insulation, reference ASTM C1094-01. Insulation blankets should provide Velcro type attachment for removal and replacement during PRW-PUMPS QPM 3. Remove insulation from piping on PRW-PUMP-103 from isolation valve 29-3/4"-V-427 to discharge flange of 29-FISL-39. Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets to replace PRW-PUMP-103 insulation, reference ASTM C1094-01. Insulation blankets should provide Velcro type attachment for removal and replacement during PRW-PUMPS QPM 4. Remove existing insulation from HVC-PUMP-110 pump housing. Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets to replace HVC-PUMP-110 insulation, reference ASTM C1094-01. Insulation blankets should provide Velcro type attachment for removal and replacement during PRW-PUMPS QPM. 5. Remove existing insulation from HVC-PUMP-120 pump housing. Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets to replace HVC-PUMP-120 insulation, reference ASTM C1094-01. Insulation blankets should provide Velcro type attachment for removal and replacement during PRW-PUMPS QPM. 6. Remove existing insulation from HVC-PUMP-930 pump housing. Fabricate and install removable insulation blankets to replace HVC-PUMP-930 insulation, reference ASTM C1094-01. Insulation blankets should provide Velcro type attachment for removal and replacement during PRW-PUMPS QPM.
