- The date for receipt of proposals is changed to 25 November 2008, 100 p.m., Eastern Time For information concerning this acquisition contact the contracting officials listed herein. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the EPS system for future notices and changes. Facsimile proposals are acceptable. Offers shall be made in strict accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1. A signed copy of SF1449 shall be submitted with the proposal package. The solicitation and all related documents are uploaded electronically. Requests for copies of the solicitation are NOT available to be mailed. All responsive and responsible firms may submit an offer which may be considered by this agency.
