- This Solicitation closing date has been extended and proposals are due before or on Friday, December 5, 2008. The Statement of Work will be revised and posted on Monday, November 24, 2008. The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region (California) intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Graphic Arts Services. Contractors expressing an interest should identify their capabilities for producing high quality graphics including design and layout for text, photos, and graphics to accompany USDA Forest Service recreation and wilderness maps, brochures, field guides and book publications. Contractor’s primary production unit facility shall be within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone location. Firms may partner or joint venture to meet this requirement. The NAICS code is 541430 and the Size Standard is $6M. Contract will be for one (1) base year period, with two 1-year option periods. Services are expected to commence on or about December 15, 2008. The Government intends to issue the solicitation electronically only. The modification of the revised Statement of Work will be posted on Monday, November 24, 2008 for downloading from this web site exclusively.
