Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for office space consisting of approximately 12,000 rentable square feet of space yielding approximately 11,900 to 12,250 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet in the Buffalo, NY area. Space should be located in one contiguous block of space. The space must be located in the area bounded by Main Street on the East, W Huron Street on the North, Elmwood Avenue on the West and Eagle Street on the South. The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, two (2) years firm with the Government having cancellation rights after the second year upon 90 days written notice. All responses received by November 28, 2008 will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
