- Contractor shall supply one or both of the following pre-engineered metal building and components for others to construct as listed below. Award will be made by item. Engine Bay: 35 feet wide, 35 feet deep, and 14 feet eve height. The building will have two bay doors, each 12 feet high by 14 foot wide in size; one 3' wide walk-in door. Warehouse: 40 feet wide, 120 feet long, and 12 feet eve height. The buiding shall have one bay door, 12 feet wide by 10 high; four three foot wide walk-in doors; two windows a minimum of three foot by three foot in size. Contractor shall supply either a foundation design or the necessary information (loads/moments) to the USDA Forest Service within 5 days of award. Delivery location will be Mountainair, Torrance County, NM. Mountainair Ranger District, CIbola National Forest. The solicitation will be posted on the FBO within the nest 7 days.

- Address: From Albuquerque: take I-40 East to Tijeras Exit. Exit south on State Route (SR) 337 south. Follow SR 337 south past Escabosa and past Chilili to the Junction with SR 55/14. Follow SR 55/14 west and then south thru Tajique, Torreon, and Manzano. In Mountainair, from NM 55/14, heading south, look for a church on the right hand side before you get to the flashing light at the center of town. There is a sign there pointing to the district office. Turn right (this is Beal St but there is no sign) and proceed down this road. After a while the pavement ends, keep going. The district office is on the left, approximately 3/4 mile west of NM 55/14., Mountainair, New Mexico, 87036, United States
