Description
This requirement is for the procurement of an Aircraft Test Engine. NSN 4920-12-358-8762KV; PN 9310250. Basic Contract Qty: 2 EA; Option I Qty: 1-3 EA; Option II Qty: 1-3 EA; Option III Qty: 1-2 EA and Option IV Qty: 1-2 EA. Origin: FE 6181 Bangor, ME 04401-3067 and FE6142 Sioux City, IA 51111. Delivery schedule: 150 days ARO. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 19 December 2008 with approximate response date of 19 January 2009. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to RMS Regelungs. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See numbered note 22. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Lasonia.Hart@robins.af.mil with a copy toKathryn.Canady@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBOZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal.
