- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking vendors to provide the items in the attached SF 18. No substitutes will be accepted. All qualified vendors may submit an offer which will be considered. All responses must reference RFQ-09-0054. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Place of delivery is the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th & C St SW Washington DC 20228. The delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction of Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is technically acceptable lowest price. In order to evaluate quotation properly, please submit with your offer, any correspondence, e.g., drawings so that we can ensure you are offering what is requested. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used. All sources must submit a quote by 2:00pm EST, Tuesday, December 2, 2008.
