Description
The Mission Installation Contacting Command, Fort Bragg intends to award on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and IAR 6.303-1, a contract to Military Wraps for a Tactical Training Scenario Fabricated Structure. The structure shall be 1415 sq ft. total of Graphic Design Military Wraps Material or equivalent material shall be printed to color choice and site specific design for Med. Sim Folks. Material designed specifically consist in of a S. 1 mil soft white gloss, highly conformable, polymeric air egress PVC Film that is coated on one side with a permanent, Opaque, Acrylic Pressure sensitive Adhesive with air egress technology and supplied with an 80# Polycoated release liner, ppiw (n/25mm 3.2 (13.5), Atmospheric Temp Ranges bottom -65. Over laminated with a military tactical design. Tactical Flat laminated finish to withstand paintball shots and consist of material that is manufactured with intellectual property ingredients to handle the Military's use and abuse. The material is manufactured for the following: To withstand temperatures from 65 degrees to 247 degrees. Ability to stick to Raw Block, Painted Block, Concrete, Stucco, Wood, Metal, Aluminum, Titanium, & compressed Recycled Rubber. To be decon friendly. Manufactured for Open Flame direct heat exposure to the surface of the material up to 220 degrees. This is so you have the ability to flash Decon at 140 degrees. To be Simulation & Paintball friendly. Manufactured for rapid repair panels if damaged by the operator. Manufactured to be weatherproof & UV proof. Contractor shall manufacture and perform installation of above materials. This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these supplies, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the supplies will be awarded without further notice.
