- This is an amendment to the synopsis issued 11/25/08 to change the title and description to Store Alarm/Maintenance Services. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Point of contract is Jeanie Marriam, jeanmarie.marriam@deca.mil, (804)734-8000 x 48930 Store Alarm/Maintenance Services: Perform scheduled /unscheduled preventative maintenance and repair services at Ft. Lee Commissary in Ft. Lee, Va. The Period of Performance is 01 Jan 2009 through 31 Dec 2009. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about 01 Dec 2008 with a tentative closing date of 16 Dec 2008. The anticipated award date will be 29 December 2008. This procurement is being issued as a set aside for small business, open market quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and the business size standard is $12 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fbo.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: AMDS (Jeanie Marriam), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800. Requests must include company name, address, telephone and facsimile number of the requester, Dun and Bradstreet number and business size.
