- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Uvalde National Fish Hatchery in Uvalde, TX and the Achii Hanyo Native Fish Rearing Facility in Parker, AZ have a requirement for Reinforced 45mil EPDM Pond Lines as described in the Solicitation posted at the website listed below. The Government intends to issue a contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer represents the best value for the Government, price and other factors considered. The applicable NAICS Code is 326299, size standard 500. This effort is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best overall offor with appropriate consideration given to (3) major factors; Technical Capability, Lowest Price and Acceptable Past Performance. Award will be subject to the Availability of Funds. Solicitation/RFQ 201819Q001, will be issued on the National Business Center, Interior Department Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce (IDEAS-EC) web-site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about November 20, 2008, with response due December 8, 2008.
