- Description
- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office, Tripler AMC, Hawaii, has a requirement for Fluorine-18, Fluorodeoxyglucose. Contract period of performance will be Base plus four option years from date of award. Solicitation W81K02-09-R-0011 for this requirement will be available on or about 5 December 2008 at the ASFI at website: https//acquisition.army.mil. Only written requests will be accepted. Requests for a copy of this solicitation, should be sent to Sharon Jantoc at sharon.jantoc@us.army.mil. It is the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to HAMAMATSU-QUEENS PET IMAGING CENTER LLC., HONOLULU, HAWAII due to the short half life of this radioactive product. However, all reasonable offers received that are capable in providing the same product and meeting the delivery requirements due to the short half life, which is 2 hours from point of production, in response to this notice will be considered. This acquisition is to be quoted all or none, and is being conducted under simplified acqusition procedures. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS code 325412 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees, the SIC 2835. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offers may register online at https://www.ccr.gov. Delivery shall be DIRECT to Tripler AMC, Hawaii and shall occur based on the On-Call requirement immediately after receipt of contract/award.
