- Solicitation number SPM4A7-09-R-0324, NSN 1620-00-871-9238, PR0017196661, Arm Assembly, Torque, Landing Gear for T-38. Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Approved sources are Alta Precision, CAGE L1051, Triman Industries, CAGE 0ZBE8, Hydromachine, CAGE 1FG56, Dulond Tool and Engineering, CAGE 9M680 and Northrop Grumman, CAGE 76823. Offerors not cited as acceptable sources in the purchase order text are required to obatin source approval from the design control activity. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 254 each with a 100% option. Stock delivery to CONUS depots. FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Origin. First Article, Export Control, and Configuration Control apply. This is a Critical Safety Item. Required delivery is 252 DARO after first article approval. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 05 December 2008, with a closing date of 05 January 2009. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:/www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage under the Solicitations tab, select RFPs, then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPS are in portable document format (PDF).
