- This scope of work consists of shuttle service between the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building – 230 South Dearborn Street and the U.S. Customs House – 610 South Canal Street in Chicago, IL. The contractor shall furnish all vehicles, insurance, fuel, driver, supervision, maintenance, equipment, and operating supplies/services, and perform all services necessary to provide passenger ground transportation services. The purpose of the shuttle service is to provide a quick and efficient method to transport Government employees between the buildings to attend meetings and conduct business. This procurement is open to all business concerns. The relevant North American Industrial Classification Codes (NAICS) are 485999, 485410, and 485510. This is a negotiated procurement; there will not be a public bid opening. The solicitation will be available on or about December 1, 2008. At a minimum all vendors must supply the following information: Your Company's Central Contractor Registration (CCR), your company?s DUNS Number or CAGE Code (Contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505 if you do not have a DUNS Number), your telephone number, and your e-mail address. It is also required that your company is registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. This solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business interest. Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, Veteran Owned, and Disabled Veteran Owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
