- Product Director, Test, Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (PD TMDE) Support Office is procuring an existing Instrument Controllers (IC) fielded to the calibration labs that are used for the Calibration & Repair (C&R) of Test Instruments (TI), including the GTE 405-1936-02-MO, loaded with MS Windows XP. This TI come with a floppy disk labeled GTE 405-1936-02-MO, and GTE 405, DK 162, Issue V 1.03. The GTE 405 program in this disk is MS-DOS compatible and is incompatible with MS Windows XP. PD TMDE has the need of porting the program found in mentioned floppy disk into MS Windows XP and Vista. GE Sensing Druck, Inc. is the only responsible source that can satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. GE Sensing has proprietary rights over the program of interest. This program is a mission essential item to repair the Pitot-Static Test Set, TS-4463()/P. The TS-4463()/P is needed to calibrate planes and helicopters.
