- TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with TNO-MADYMO North America, Inc of 38701 7 Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48152. The purpose of this procurement is to renew MDYMO software licenses. The negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price with an estimated award value of $256,592.00.
