- The Government intends to procure 2 each Air Data Computers, P/N D51610-0406 for the MH-60L/K Aircraft with delivery to SOF-SA Bluegrass Station, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Bldg 195, Lexington, KY 40516-9723, Mark for MH-60K/L, W80N5C. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin. FOB: Origin. Required delivery by 5 March 2009. Early and partial delivery is desirable and acceptable. The Government entends to purchase the items from Penny and Giles Aerospace, LTD, 1 Airfield Road, Christchurch BH23 3TH, GBR. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals are being accepted through mail, e-mail: al.j.elder@us.army.mil and by fax: 757-878-0728. The anticipated award date is 5 December 2008. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation will be made available to interested parties by way of the Federal Business Opportunities System (FEDBIZOPPS). See Number Note(s): 22. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be utilized.
