- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System intends to solicit for the following: Radio Pharmaceuticals for Nuclear Medicines. The Nuclear Medicines will be provided to the following three (3) VA hospitals. (1): Bay Pines VAHCS: 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bay Pines, FL 33744 (2): Orlando VAHCS: 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803, and (3): West Palm Beach VAHCS: 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400, It is imperative that the successful contractor be located within a 50 mile radius of each hospital and be able to deliver the ordered medicines within 2 hours of the initial call. Orders will be placed by each hospital separately. Delivery Schedules are as follows: ALL DELIVERIES SHALL ARRIVE WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE TIME THE PHONE ORDER IS MADE. Pricing will be based on one base year and four option years. NAICS code # 325412 applies to this procurement. All prospective bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. We anticipate issuing the solicitation on or about December 5, 2008 with the proposals due on or about December 31, 2008. Award date will be on or about January 31, 2009.
