- IQC: IQC08067009015 FSC: 4240-00-758-3290 Nomenclature: Protector, Hearing RFP Issue Date: October 20, 2008 RFP Close Date: December 10, 2008 The requirement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a two (2) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test program for Certain Commercial Items. The procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Awards will be evaluated utilizing the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The following number notes apply: 9, 12, 23 The required delivery schedule is 120 days after receipt of award.
