Description

The Government intends to issue a supplement to this RFP for an unrestricted procurement for Gaseous Hydrogen TYPE I, (GH2), IAW MIL-PRF-2720D dated 7 Feb 2007, NSN: 9135-00-823-8133. The contract ordering period will be from 1 April 2009 through 30 Sep 2010. The product will be delivered FOB Destination into government-owned storage tanks at Edwards AFB, CA. The total estimated contract quantities per year are 108 MC. (thousand cubic standard feet). The resultant contract will be a one year and five month firm fixed-price requirements-type contract. Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 20 November 2008 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, emailed, or faxed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
