- A005: Q & A Question: Can the requirement that the Contractor generate a Draft Report within 15 working days from the end of the visit to Turkey be extended? Answer: Yes. Section 5 Assessment Team - Assessment Mission Reports Part 5.1 Report Drafts - COTR Approval's change to read: "The Assessment Team shall provide the reports in draft form to USTDA for COTR review within 5 weeks after completiion of overseas visit. The reports shall be clearly marked "Draft" on the cover." Answer: On Page 4 - 1- Scope of Work Paragraph 4 is changed to read: "The Contractor must be prepared to commence to travel to Turkey on the Assessment Mission in the first half of January, 2009 and should be prepared to spend at least one week in Turkey."
