Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Magnolia Americas, Inc., 1540 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10036-4086, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition, for DMA Alexandria - IRM, is for the procurement of maintenance for the Magnolia Content Management System. The proposed firm fixed priced contract action is for maintenance support and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure follow: Item Nbr Product Description Unit 0001 Magnolia Pro Annual License 1 ea 0002 Annual Maintenance 12 mo Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within 3 days of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
