- SPM1C1-08-R-0170 is for the purchase of 45,000 each min/180,000 each AEQ/300,000 each max each of Jacket, Soft Shell (Mid-Weight), Cold Weather (ECWCS Generation III) Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Two 100% mandatory term options will be included for the same quantities as the base year cited above. National Stock Number is 8415-01-538-6808(s). Offers are to be based on FOB Destination to the New Cumberland, PA depot. Production Leadtime is 120 days after date of award for three deliveries.
