- The following changes are hereby incorporated into the synopsis for Heavy Duty Leather Glove solicitation SPM1C1-08-R-0173: 1) The evaluation factors have been changed. The only evaluation factor will be Experience/Past Performance. Product Demonstration Model and DLA Mentoring will not be included as evaluation factors. 2) First Article Testing (FAT) will be required.
