Full and Open Competition. REQUIREMENT: BIA CRA Irrigation Project - Nineteen (19) EA., 270 Gallon Containers of Direx 4L (Diuron) Herbicide Chemical. One time purchase of 5,130 total gallons (in 270 gallon containers) to be delivered, as scheduled by the Government, throughout the year to the BIA CRA Irrigation Project Poston, AZ., O&M Yard. Contractor will be required to remove and properly dispose of all empty containers from the BIA CRA Poston O&M Yard. RFQ ISSUE DATE is o/a 11-20-2008. CLOSING DATE for receipt of quotes is 12-16-2008, Tuesday, COB. ALL QUOTERS MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN ACTIVE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR), NO EXCEPTIONS.
