- General Services Administration, Northwest Arctic Region has a requirement for two Fitness Center Program Coordinators, one for the Jackson Federal Building, 915 Second Ave, Seattle WA 98174 and one for the Auburn Federal Facility, 400 15th St SW (warehouse 2), Auburn WA 98001. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-09-LSC-0014 and the period of performance will be for twelve (12) months with four (4) one (1) year options. This solicitation will issued IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Anticipated start date is 3/01/2009. Solicitation will be available on or about 11/26/2008. Offers will be due on or about 12/24/2008. Award will be made to the offeror who: (a) assents to the terms of the RFP and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance, mangement plan, and price. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 713940. Current contractor at the Auburn Federal Facility is Wellness Concepts, Buckley WA 98321. Current price is $58,492.80 per annum. The Jackson Federal Building does not have a contract in place.
