- The purpose of this Request for Information is to gather Industry’s input regarding not only the upcoming Acquisition, Logistics, Management and Business Operations Support (ALMBOS) contract re-competition efforts, but also to assist in a Command wide study of services contracts supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Attached to this RFI are instructions and questions, a draft Performance Work Statement, and a rough listing of current labor categories under ALMBOS. This PWS is not final and after completion of our market research and benchmarking efforts it may have significant changes. This PWS is only being submitted in an effort to assist Industry in responding to the RFI questionnaire. The final PWS may include less or more depending on the study data received from both Industry and other DOD Agencies. Please respond to this RFI via email to Charlie Bright, brightc@socom.mil and Deanna Cox, deanna.cox@socom.mil not later than 19 Dec 2008. NOTICE: "This is a request for information only and may or may not result in the issuance of a RFP. Responses to this notice shall not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract."
