- w/o 335642 & 335643 PURPOSE OF PROCUREMENT PUB Hot Water boiler requires Annual Emissions testing and Adjustments necessary to maintain the proper fuel/air ratio associated with combustion and permissible emissions. Provide state or federal certified vendor support to perform the Annual Emissions Test and Adjustments. SCOPE OF WORK Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting the services of a qualified contractor to perform the following work on PUB-BOIL-201 and PUB-BOIL-202. Perform Checkout and Calibration Adjustments of Hot Water Boilers, 03-PUB-BOIL-201 and 03-PUB-BOIL-202: 1. Adjust the combustion fuel/air ratio as necessary on each of the hot water boilers. 2. Ensure emissions are compliant to city, state and federal regulations. 3. Troubleshoot and correct any operational discrepancies found. 4. Provide a written report of initial and final adjustments and any additional work performed. Contractor(s) will participate in the Pre-Job Briefings to insure that good communications is established with ANCDF Engineering, Operations and Maintenance departments before any work begins. Extreme caution shall be taken to insure that unplanned outages will not occur. PMT: Emissions are compliant to state and federal regulations.
