- This is a presolicitation synopsis. The Regional Contracting Office, NE, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement to the full range of marketing and advertising services in support of the United States Marine Corps retention programs. The period of performance is a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Contract award is planned for 15 April 2009. The requirements and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. It is anticipated that this will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee type Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next 14 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This will be a full and open competitive requirement under NAICS code 541810. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contrac! tor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review the referenced web link frequently for updates. Potential offeror will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any. Please contact the listed person for questions regarding the solicitation.
