- RFP for NSN 6110-01-500-6070, Parts Kit Voltage, PR IQC 07345009040, Solicitation number SPM4L109R0017. CLASSIFICATION CODE: 61 (FAR 5.207(g). Part number 88-22560-1. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. PRLI: 0001, estimated annual demand qty 156 ea. Required delivery: 66 DARO, FOB-DESTINATION, INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE- DESTINATION. Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open (10 U.S.C. 2304©(1). Only One Source (FAR 6.302). End Item: Generator. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in it’s solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This procurement is unrestricted, Trade Agreements Act. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one base year and 4 option years. The stock locations are any CONUS facility. The solicitation will be available on or about December 10, 2008 and will close on or about January 12, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
