- THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE SOLICITED COMPETITIVELY AS A SET-ASIDE TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED COMPANIES ONLY. It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in an award of a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for maintenance and repair construction procurements at Naval Station Mayport and Marine Corps Air Station Blount Island, Florida. It is our intent to award ordering agreements for a base year and four options or for a maximum value of $3,500,000, which ever comes first. Projects awarded under this BOA will be for NAICS codes 236220 size standard $33,500,000 and 237310, 237990, 238910, 238990 with a $14,000,000 size standard. Basis for award for the BOA will be past performance, bonding requirements and technical capability. We are limiting the area of consideration to contractors that are within 50 miles of Naval Station Mayport, FL. Additional details can be found on the solicitation document. Solicitation will be posted on NECO at https://neco.navy.mi! l on 9 Dec 2008. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov, in order to be considered. Contractors must have representations and certifications loaded on the ORCA website located at https://orca.bpn.gov/. The proposal due date will be specified on the solicitation.
